Tech Talent Program
Welcoming the Next Generation
Every year, we connect with fresh graduates from top engineering faculties across Türkiye through our dynamic talent program in fintech. Candidates go through:
- General aptitude test
- English language proficiency test
- Group and individual interviews
- Panel interview with senior executives
- Assessment center evaluations
Successful candidates join our experienced teams to build cutting-edge local software and services. In addition to technical training through Archi Academy, they also receive financial and personal development education.
We cover graduate education costs and provide access to government incentives for those continuing to doctoral studies under our R&D programs.
TechnoCampus
Early Career Experience
Students work part-time, two days per week, under a hybrid model until graduation. At the end of the program, participants may be evaluated for full-time opportunities based on their performance.
